隱私權政策

GWS CLI（以下稱「本工具」）是一套在使用者自己的電腦上執行的命令列工具，用於操作使用者本人的 Google Workspace 帳號。本工具只服務單一使用者，也就是安裝並完成 OAuth 授權的擁有者本人。本政策說明本工具如何存取、使用、儲存與分享 Google 使用者資料。
存取的資料範圍
使用者在 Google 的授權畫面上明確同意後，本工具才會存取下列服務的資料，且僅限授權當下所勾選的範圍：
- Gmail：讀取郵件內容與中繼資料、套用或移除標籤、建立草稿
- Google 日曆：讀取行程
- Google 雲端硬碟、文件、試算表：讀取與寫入使用者自己的檔案
資料的使用方式
資料僅用於執行使用者本人下達的指令，例如為信件分類加標籤、彙整當日行程、產出個人工作摘要。本工具不將資料用於廣告、剖析、模型訓練或任何與上述指令無關的用途。
資料的儲存位置
所有 API 回應與衍生結果都只存在使用者自己的電腦上。本工具沒有伺服器，也沒有任何後端服務接收資料。
- OAuth 憑證（存取權杖與更新權杖）以加密形式存放於本機的
~/.config/gws/，檔案權限限制為擁有者本人可讀。 - 處理過程中的暫存檔存放於本機暫存目錄，由使用者自行清除。
資料的分享
本工具不將 Google 使用者資料傳輸、販售或揭露給任何第三方。資料流僅存在於使用者的電腦與 Google API 之間。本工具不使用第三方分析、追蹤或錯誤回報服務。
資料的保留與刪除
使用者可隨時自行終止存取並刪除資料：
- 撤銷授權：前往 Google 帳戶的第三方存取權設定移除本工具的存取權。
- 刪除本機憑證：刪除
~/.config/gws/目錄即可移除所有已儲存的權杖與快取。
安全措施
憑證以加密形式儲存並限制檔案權限；與 Google API 的通訊全程使用 HTTPS。由於本工具在個人電腦上執行，其安全性同時取決於該電腦本身的保護措施。
政策異動
本政策如有修訂，將更新本頁上方的日期。

Privacy Policy (English)
GWS CLI (“the Tool”) is a command-line tool that runs on the user’s own computer and operates that same user’s Google Workspace account. It serves a single user: the owner who installs it and completes the OAuth authorization.
Data accessed
Only after the user grants consent on Google’s authorization screen, and only within the scopes granted, the Tool accesses: Gmail (message content and metadata, label changes, draft creation), Google Calendar (event reads), and Google Drive/Docs/Sheets (reads and writes of the user’s own files).
How data is used
Data is used solely to carry out commands the user issues, such as labeling their own mail, summarizing their own calendar, and producing personal work summaries. It is never used for advertising, profiling, or model training.
Storage
All API responses and derived results remain on the user’s own computer. The Tool has no server and no backend service. OAuth credentials are stored encrypted under ~/.config/gws/ with owner-only file permissions.
Sharing
The Tool does not transfer, sell, or disclose Google user data to any third party. No third-party analytics, tracking, or crash-reporting services are used.
Retention and deletion
The user may revoke access at any time at Google Account permissions, and delete all stored tokens and caches by removing the ~/.config/gws/ directory.
